Our bread and butter here at Collingwood Estates. We closely monitor our investor’s target area, focusing on the data to ensure that we find the best opportunities. Looking to expand your portfolio? Perhaps it’s your first investment and purchase paralysis has set in. No matter where you are on your property journey, we are confident we can present you with deals that suit you and make you money!

Deal Sourcing

So you have just purchased a property we have sourced for you, it’s making you money and you're happy. But it doesn’t end there. Once complete, we want to ensure that you’re satisfied whilst helping to accelerate you on your way to your next purchase. With time, things change, both markets and buyers. At Collingwood Estates we understand this and always develop our approach inline with the current needs of our clients.

Post Sales

  1. Get in touch

    There are several ways you can start the process. Fill out one of our questionnaires to give us a good idea of what you’re looking for before the consultation. Alternatively, email or phone directly using the contact information below.

  2. Consultation

    We will liaise with you to understand best what strategy you wish to apply and what properties will best serve this.

  3. Preparation

    Once we understand what deals are best matched to your needs, we will then complete the necessary requirements. This will include getting you approved for finance and paying the deposit fee.

  4. Sourcing

    Using your specification and with further consultation, we will apply our understanding of the property market to locate the ideal property for you.

  5. Present

    We will present you with the property along with its commercials. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions before moving on to close the deal.

  6. Finalise

    Depending on how hands on you want to be during this process, the relevant parties will complete the steps to complete the deal. The property is now yours.

  7. Post-deal

    Once complete, we will check in to make sure you’re still happy with everything and to help you on your next steps in building your portfolio.

Collingwood Estates was born from a passion for property shared by three school friends, Jack Robinson, Jamie Prendergast and Ross Allan. Having spent years in professional careers doing data analysis, property services and sales, we combined our expertise and knowledge of the property market to help people achieve their own property goals.

We focus on deal sourcing operations. Our skills and experience suit us well for sourcing optimum properties for our investors. However, we also like to help sellers and homeowners and will consider the opportunities in each situation.
